Small Group Personal Training
Resistance training is a proven method for improving our overall health. This class is an opportunity to receive training in a small group setting with one of our certified personal trainers. In these sessions, we will focus on muscular strength and muscular endurance training using various resistance training modalities (assist machines, free weights, functional training rig, etc.). All workouts and exercises will be modified based on ability and experience.
