Description:
In this fun weight loss program, teams battle against each other for the highest percentag of weight loss! Participants will train twice a week with a trainer in a group setting that is both fun and challenging. Workouts will be provided, there will also be nutrition topics and pop up challenges! On the last day, every participant will have the opportunity to seek revenge on their trainers and slime them!
An assessment will take place on the first day to determine teams. All participants will meet on Saturday and one day during the week.
The optional purchase of MyZone straps will be available at a discounted price of $65 for Lose to Win participants, this will include a consultation on how to use the strap.
