Boot Camp
Designed to push you further than you would push yourself. Our coach will guide you through a series of different challenges. Boot Camp mixes body weight exercises and plyometrics with high intensity interval training and strength training. This type of training promotes fat loss and encourages camaraderie. Class is only held outdoors, weather permitting.
Must have a minimum of 5 people enrolled by 6pm the night before class or class will be canceled.

Group Personal Training
Resistance training is a proven method for improving our overall health. This class is an opportunity to receive training in a small group setting with one of our certified personal trainers. In these sessions, we will focus on muscular strength and muscular endurance training using various resistance training modalities (assist machines, free weights, functional training rig, etc.). All workouts and exercises will be modified based on ability and experience.

Group Personal Training for Active Adults(Beg/Int)
Train as a small group with one of our personal trainers who will work with our more mature population who need to work at a slower pace, work on balance, and combat the muscle loss that comes with aging. All levels are welcome in this class with particular focus on beginners. This is a very low intensity, low impact class that will teach participants how to meet at least the minimum daily exercise requirements even if they have limitations.

Hatha Yoga
This class is open to all levels from beginners to advanced students and will focus on right alignment of the yoga postures. This class will give you an introduction to diet, gestures, philosophy, breath control, subtle energy and meditation. Some of the benefits will include improving your posture, balance, flexibility, strength and stamina, and releasing stress and tension. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. Preferably do not eat for 2 hours before class.

Healthy Through the Holidays
The holidays may be the most wonderful time of the year, but they can also bring about over indulgence and stress. Enjoying our festive traditions is important and so is your wellbeing. We can help you stay on track by providing participants with tips, incentives, motivation and accountability. The goal is to continue regular workouts (done anywhere) as well as a continued commitment to overall healthy choices. You can choose your goal of working towards maintaining your current weight – or even weight loss! You also have the option of working towards at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week. Can't decide? Choose both goals and work towards a healthier you for the upcoming new year! Challenge will run November 25th through January 3rd – helping you navigate through the challenges of the holidays and setting the stage for a healthy 2020!

Requirement for entry into this program is a donation of a non-perishable food item.

Youth Fitness Orientation
This orientation course is a prerequisite to any 12 or 13 year old wishing to purchase a membership at the Lakeview Fitness Center. Youth will work with a personal trainer and learn how to properly use all machines, gym etiquette, importance of proper nutrition to fuel workouts, and much more. Orientation is scheduled by appointment only, and youth must be accompanied by responsible adult.
