Caring 4 Children Babysitting Program
This program combines the curriculum from the Babysitting 101 National Babysitter Education Program with professionals from the Police Department and Countryside Fire Protection District. Future sitters learn how to deal with emergency and non-emergency situations that could arise while taking care of younger children. We address topics such as first aid, fire safety, police security, child care and more. Participants receive a manual and tote bag. Certificates of achievement will be awarded. Participants need to bring a sack lunch with them as we will take a break during the class to eat.

Current research has shown a strong link between chess and academic performance in a variety of areas, including mathematics and language arts. Also, chess has been proved to enhance children’s motivation, concentration, focus, social skills, and creativity.
Learn how to win at chess!
No previous knowledge of chess is necessary. Each class consists of a fun interactive teaching period and guided practice time.

Frozen Jr.
Frozen Jr.
Based on the 2018 Broadway musical, we bring Elsa, Anna and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen Jr. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure and plenty of humor, Frozen Jr is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!

Young Performers (grades k- 1st)
Kids have their chance to perform on stage. All children attend weekly rehearsals to learn songs, dances, and lines. The class includes acting, games, singing, and dancing. Each child enrolled receives a part, an audio file, and a script for personal practice.

Performance Program (Grades 2-6, casts will be devided by age)
All Children have the opportunity to perform in a musical theater production on
stage. Actors rehearse weekly under the direction of our highly accredited
vocal, dance, and drama instructors. The final performance includes original
costumes, sound and set. Each child who auditions receives a part, an audio
file and a script for personal practice. First rehearsal is mandatory.

Are you an aspiring young Fey or Fallon? Learn the improv skills from First Line Freeze, to Jump Emotions, to Sphinx; and how to build scene spontaneously in this fast paced and fun class. Monday Showcase Classes
A weekly musical theatre workshop culminating in a showcase featuring age-appropriate excerpts from smash hit movies and musicals! Students will learn the basics of vocal techniques, choreography, and acting while working together to produce an in class performance for family and friends. Showcase classes are only 6 weeks long and are a great way for young artists to develop their talents, foster self-confidence, and grow in social skills and team building. The showcase will take place during the last 30 minutes if our final class.

Private Music Lessons - Violin
Private Music Lessons- Violin (ages 6 - adult)
Does your child want to learn a musical instrument? Does your student play in the school orchestra and would like individual instructions to improve his/her skills? Are you an adult who has always dreamed of playing the violin? Professional violinist Aviva Chertok holds a Masters degree in Violin Performance from the Royal College of Music in London. In half hour slots, students have an opportunity to learn with Aviva about note reading and music theory skills, violin technique, how to be a confident performer on stage, and more. Beginner through advanced students are welcome. Students must have their own instrument, and supplementary materials may be required by the instructor. After registration, you can contact the instructor if you need help with renting or buying a violin at a local shop.

Build robots and have STEM-tastic fun!
RoboThink offers academically oriented STEM programs, focusing on robotics for budding, intermediate or advanced students. Armed with motors, sensors, gears and mainboards, students build and code robot creations of all shapes, sizes and functions!
Each session, students are introduced to engineering concepts through our trained instructors and STEM workbooks. Students are in turn, asked to apply these concepts to solve challenges, provide solutions to problems and build creative robots in a fun environent. No prior experience is required. There are different curricula to adjust for different experience levels.
